My story

Currently based in Texas, I had the chance to develop my pastries and chocolate skills in France with two professional degrees (CAP Patisserie and CAP Choloclaterie). I worked a few years in France before coming to Houston in Texas. 

I worked a few years in pastries and ice creams shops before becoming the Desserts Chef at a premium restaurant where I established the menu and managed a team of 5 people.

I am now providing various consulting services to Restaurants and Coffee shops in addition to selling some home-made spreads !

Creating delectable pastry products is my ultimate passion and joy. With every bite, I aspire to transport our customers to a world of pure delight and indulgence. Each pastry is a labor of love, meticulously crafted to awaken the senses and ignite a moment of pure bliss !
